How to Book

Our comprehensive search facility puts the ease into your apartment search. You can explore a range of homes filtered to your own preferences and find the place that’s perfect for you.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Filter your holiday search by one or all of the following: location, number of holiday makers, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, parking and amenities
  2. Select the apartment that best suits you
  3. Follow the prompts to be placed in direct contact with the owner so you can ask questions, agree a price and book your dates
  4. Send a deposit, remembering to read and sign their terms and agreement contract to reserve your booking
  5. Pay the full amount 28 days prior to your arrival
  6. Turn up on the day and you’ll be greeted by the owner or a managing agent to give you the full tour of your apartment.

Keep in touch

Our apartment owners are happy to help so keep in touch with them on the lead up to your visit. The beauty of corresponding with the owner is that they know the apartment and area better than anyone. You’ll find them pretty flexible too so you can discuss prices, specifications and arrangements with them via email or phone.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required to secure your booking and is non-refundable after your arrival date. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, so if you wish to change dates or properties please contact us and we’ll try our best to help.

Likewise, please bear with us should your apartment become unavailable for any reason. This rarely happens, but if it does you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
